Mahdi got out of the shower with a towel wrapped around his waist to catcalls from their small kitchen-living room. Once he entered their bedroom, he saw that only his pants were where he left them, his shirt and his jacket were gone. He sighed. He rummaged through the drawers of their shared closet until he found some boxers that belonged to Ludo and put them on. Next, he got dressed in his black pants and went looking for a clean t-shirt to wear. When he didn't find any, Mahdi went to the living room and looked at his partners in crime.
Ludo was wearing Mahdi's dark shirt, unbuttoned, as it was probably a little tight on him. He was quietly spreading butter on his toast, while Bea made coffee by the stove. Bea was wearing Mahdi's jacket, which was loose on her shoulder, its sleeves folded so they would slide down her arms.
"Why are you wearing my clothes?" Mahdi asked.
Bea laughed. "I'd bet anything you're wearing Ludo's underwear right now."
Instead of replying, Mahdi padded barefoot and shirtless to the kitchen and sat in one of the two available chairs, stealing a bit from Ludo's toast when he left it on the plate.
"Hey!"
"Why are you wearing my clothes?" Mahdi asked Ludo, trying to hide the smile that was threatening to form.
"Laundry day," Ludo replied, taking another bite of his toast.
When Bea came to the table with their coffee, she poured a cup for herself and left the kettle on the table. She came to sit on Mahdi's lap.
"This jacket doesn't fit you," Mahdi said.
Bea smiled at him. "It doesn't fit you either."
Mahdi frowned as she sipped from her cup. "What do you mean?"
"You're beefing up, man," said Ludo. "All those pushups are paying off."
Bea hummed in agreement. "We really like it," she chimed in.
Mahdi preened under their eyes. "You do?"
"Very much," Bea said, setting her cup down on the table.
When she kissed him, she tasted of strong black coffee and sweet vanilla wafers. Mahdi got lost in the taste of her mouth, so much so that he was startled by Ludo's hands on his shoulders, softly massaging the knots at the base of his neck. All of Mahdi's thoughts went the way of the dodo as his lovers showed him how much they liked him.
